Flash

Flash is a multimedia platform used to add animation, video and interactivity to web pages. Wirebox has extensively used Flash in its development of banners advertisements, websites and full flash games.

The Flash plugin is found on around 95% of desktops machines and majority of video streaming websites use Flash video for playback, one of the main reasons why Flash has been used a great deal.

On the mobile device flash has been lacking the support it requires to provide the same experience desktop users get. Only now has started to appear on mobile devices. Apple with the iPhone and iPad lack the support and alternatively uses HTML5.
