Full Circle Solutions Limited are a I.T company based in Surrey offering many I.T services. Wirebox has been working with Full Cirle Solutions on many different projects including a bespoke Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and website hosting managment.

Bespoke CRM

Full Circle Solutions wanted to obtain more information from the users who visited its website. It had typical forms set-up so users could fill in their details, but needed a way for them to store these names.

Previously data was held on spreadsheets but this was difficult for their sales team to use and there was a lot of erroneous data.

Wirebox could see the need for a customer relationship management (CRM) system but many of the off the shelf packages were not directed to the needs of their business. They needed a easy to use system which they could build on as their business grew.

So Wirebox built a bespoke CRM system which had the benefits

Hosting Management

Many websites, many servers and many providers, this is a similar story for many organisations. Full Circle Solutions had similar problems so we set them up on one of our VDS servers.

We now manage all their websites and mini sites on one machine which is regularly backed up. We can monitor the server 24 hours a day 365 days a year and have full time staff to support any problems that could arise.
