All users of services provided by Wirebox Consultancy and use of their services, accept the term and conditions which follows.

On ordering any service from Wirebox Consultancy you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Any agreed variation or alternation to part of these terms and conditions or user does not adhere to any several conditions of this contract, Wirebox Consultancy is entitled to suspend services without giving notice.

1. Definitions
   • 1.1 Wirebox or Wirebox Consultancy means Wirebox Consultancy. Registered office: 8 Mulready Walk, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, Hp3 9FS;
   • 1.2 "Service" or "Services" means domain name registration, website hosting, bandwidth provision, email and any other web hosting related service or facility provided by us to you;
   • 1.3 "Server" means the computer server equipment operated by us or provided by you in connection with the provision of the Services;
   • 1.4 "Website" means the area Wirebox Consultancy have allocated to you on the Internet;
   • 1.5 "User" means you, the Customer, or any person who makes use of the services though you or on your behalf;
2. Domain Name Registration
   • 2.1 Wirebox can register a domain for you either as part of our website or domain package. There is no guarantee that the domain name you request will be available and domains you ordered will only be registered once we notify you.
   • 2.2 The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; For UK domain registrations you shall ensure that you are aware of the terms and conditions of Nominet UK, the UK naming authority, that can be found at http://www.nominet.org.uk/nominet-terms.html
   • 2.3 We give no warranty on any domain name.
3. Web Site Hosting
   • 3.1 Wirebox Consultancy does not have any liability for any loss or damage to any data stored on the Server.
   • 3.2 Wirebox Consultancy will not backup your data unless you have paid for us to backup your data.
   • 3.3 Websites must only be used for lawful purposes and undertake that
     • 3.3.1 You will not use the website which infringes any law or regulation or which infringes the rights of any third party, nor will you authorise or permit any other person to do so;
     • 3.3.2 Website will not contain, link or transmit:
       • (a) any material which is threatening, unlawful, abusive, malicious, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, blasphemous, profane or otherwise objectionable in any way;
       • (b) any material containing a virus or other hostile computer program;
       • (c) any material which constitutes, or encourages the commission of, a criminal offence or which infringes any patent, trade mark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property right or similar rights of any person which may subsist under the laws of any jurisdiction.
   • 3.4 Account information should be secure and should you should not give username, password or any confidential information relating to your account. If you feel your information has been known or you feel there is a breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorised disclosure of your password or other security information. Notify us immediately.
