BEN was founded in 1905 and was known as Cycle Trades Benevolent Fund but it was not long before the Motor Industry was admitted and the charity changed its name to Cycle and Motor Trades Benevolent Fund in 1908.

The mission of Ben is “caring for automotive people, and their dependants, in times of need” and if the recognition they have received from the likes of The Sunday Times, they have been achieving their mission goal for quite some time.

In 2013 Phase 1 commenced for the development of Ben’s latest Retirement Village based on the border of Surrey & Berkshire in a beautiful village called Sunninghill. The Retirement Village is will have all the facilities you would expect from Leisure & Spa Facilities to Care Facilities and Restaurants, Bars and a Coffee shop. All of this set within 20 acres of mature woodland and picturesque landscaped gardens.

Whilst the build of Lynwood Village under way, Lynwood were required to look at marketing and promoting the Village and development on line. The website was required to be updated via the Lynwood marketing team and also to be found when users were to search for such developments on the likes of Google.

It was noted that it needed to be accessible by users on all devices, such as mobile, tablet and desktop.

The Lynwood Village website was designed, developed and optimised to ensure that not only users could find the site on line, it could be well navigated and users could enquire about Berkshire’s latest retirement village.
